The Standard Chartered Global “Running Culture” Lifestyle Photoshoot (2024) captured the spirit of urban running through the streets and waterfronts of Hong Kong. Commissioned as part of a worldwide campaign spanning multiple cities, the project required visuals that felt aspirational yet deeply authentic to local culture.

Through a dynamic, run-and-gun style, the photography translated the rhythm of the city into movement—framing runners against iconic backdrops like Victoria Harbour, the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, and the winding paths of Hong Kong’s hills. Each image balanced energy with sophistication, highlighting not just the act of running but the atmosphere, culture, and identity of Hong Kong itself. The result was a series that resonates globally, while remaining unmistakably rooted in place.
